This Is More Than a Retreat — It’s a Response to My Obedience

I didn’t choose the pause. The pause chose me.

There was a time when everything around me felt still.

Plans delayed. Prayers unanswered.

Purpose waiting quietly in the background.

But what I know now is this: God was doing something in me before He did anything through me. And that season? It wasn’t punishment — it was preparation.

✨ While I Wait Was Never Just a Book

When I wrote While I Wait, I was telling the truth about a real place. A space between what was promised and what had yet to come. I poured my heart into every page, not from the finish line — but from the middle of the process.

That book wasn’t just a project. It was an altar. Every chapter became a testimony of how I learned to breathe again, believe again, and build again… even before everything looked “ready.”

What started as my story became a soft place for so many others — women who were waiting too.

Waiting for clarity.

Waiting for peace.

Waiting for healing.

Waiting for God to move… and in the meantime, learning to stand still without giving up.

That’s how The While I Wait Experience was born.

Not from strategy. Not from marketing. But from obedience.

God said, “Now create space for others to wait well, too.”

This retreat isn’t just a weekend getaway. It’s a room for the version of you that’s still becoming.

We’ll gather in June 2026 to rest, to reset, to be poured into, and to remember that waiting is not weakness — it’s work.

Spiritual work. Emotional work. Soul-level alignment.

I created the Experience with every woman in mind who’s tired of performing strength, ready to exhale, and hungry for what’s next.
