Who We Are

Compassionate Care U is a wellness-driven training brand created to support, empower, and care for those in need. We offer DSW licensing, wellness resources, and educational tools that restore the mind, body, and heart—starting with the people who give care every day.

Whether it’s through our Reset Wellness Boxes, books, literacy kits, or caregiver training, every piece of CCU was built to help others rise. We believe wellness isn’t just an add-on—it’s the foundation.

Why I Started This

From Somalia Swing, Founder & CEO

There was a moment when I found myself pouring into a friend who was completely burned out. I realized: we all reach breaking points. Caregivers, mothers, men trying to hold it together, teens navigating life—we all need a reset. And we all deserve one.

I’ve worn many hats: author, educator, caregiver, single mother, advocate. But at my core, I’ve always been a nurturer. Starting Compassionate Care U was my way of turning care into a movement—one where we don’t just teach people how to serve others, we teach them how to care for themselves, too.

This work is personal. It’s sacred. It’s about honoring the humanity behind every role we play.
